Wang-gu, a single father of twin baby girls, struggles to balance his demanding job with sleepless nights. His daughters refuse bottled milk, forcing him to seek advice on an online forum called Baby Sitter. There, someone suggests feeding them breast milk—a challenge he cannot fulfill alone. Following a recommendation, Wang-gu buys breast milk from a mysterious woman named Woo-hee, who lives in a lavish mansion.

Meeting Woo-hee awakens long-buried feelings in Wang-gu. Yet, complications arise when he discovers that she is trapped in a toxic relationship with an abusive egomaniac. What begins as a desperate act of survival unfolds into a story of passion, conflict, and forbidden romance.
